Returns & Shipping


Henry wants you to be happy!

If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we've got you covered. 

Return Requests:

You have 3 days to request a return after receiving a product from us. Upon approval, you may exchange for another product or return your item completely for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

**You notify us within 3 days of product being delivered to your address by emailing us at contactus@henrycharles.com

**The product is unused and is completely free of makeup stains, including glitter (returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted, even if it's been shipped to us, it will be sent back to customer)

**You have the receipt or order number

**You obtained prior authorization via email from us to send the product back to us and we've sent you a pre-paid return label. Please do not send any product back to us with your own label, as it will not be accepted.

If the product you've returned passes inspection, you will be refunded back to your original payment method within 1-2 business days MINUS return shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

If we receive your returned product and it does not pass our inspection, you will not receive a refund and will be responsible for the shipping charges to have the product re-shipped back to you.

Shipping Time & Charges:

Fulfillment time can take up to 5 business days--this is the time it takes for us to pack and ship your order, but most orders are fulfilled within 2 business days. Standard shipping time is 1-5 days for USA orders depending on your location, but most orders are sent with 2 day shipping.

If you need your order faster for an event, select your desired shipping rate at checkout.  Please note, that does NOT change the fulfillment time. If you need this order rushed, you can also send us an email at contactus@henrycharles.com to request that we prioritize your order at the top of the list, but we cannot guarantee it, we can just try our best. Please always refer to the standard fulfillment and shipping times as your baseline ETA.

 International Orders (Orders outside USA):

Shipping transit time for international orders is based on the service chosen at checkout. Please check product description pages for longer fulfillment lead times, such as on customized product, etc.

Please be advised that ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

Henry Charles, LLC has no control of import and duty charges to your country, you as the customer are responsible for these charges.

Once the package as departed USA, you are responsible for contacting your local postal service to inquire about the package, it is completly out of our control at that point.

Lost & Stolen Packages:

Henry Charles, LLC is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages when tracking numbers state "delivered".

Defective items:

Please note we receive very little defective product due to our rigorous and high-standard manufacturing processes.  If you happen to receive a defective product, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. Photographic proof and approval will need to be obtained before we can further process your request. We cannot accept returns due to normal wear and tear on the product over a prolonged period of time or due to misuse. We do not offer warranties on our products at this time. Customers are responsible to follow care instructions for the products.
