Henry wants you to be happy!

If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we've got you covered. 

Return Requests:

You have 3 days to request a return after receiving a product from us. Upon approval, you may exchange for another product or return your item completely for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

**You notify us within 3 days of product being delivered to your address

**The product isn't used or damaged (we must be able to re-sell it)

**You have the receipt or order number

**You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us; we must approve your return before you send it back

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

To obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMN), email us at contactus@henrycharles.com

Once you've received your RMN, we will send you a pre-paid return label at your expense.

If the product you've returned passes inspection, you will be refunded back to your original payment method within 1-2 business days MINUS return shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

If we receive your returned product and it does not pass our inspection, you will not receive a refund and will be responsible for the shipping charges to have the product re-shipped back to you.

Shipping Time & Charges:

Fulfillment time for most orders is 1-2 business days--this is the time it takes for us to process and package your order. Standard shipping transit time should take 5 days maximum for USA domestic orders. If you need your order faster, select your desired shipping rate at checkout.  Please note, that does NOT change the fulfillment time.  Please check product description pages for longer fulfillment lead times, such as on customized product, etc.

 International Orders (Orders outside USA):

Shipping transit time for international orders is based on the service chosen at checkout. Please check product description pages for longer fulfillment lead times, such as on customized product, etc.

Please be advised that ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

Henry Charles, LLC has no control of import and duty charges to your country, you as the customer are responsible for these charges.

Lost & Stolen Packages:

Henry Charles, LLC is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages when tracking numbers state "delivered".

Defective items:

Please note we receive very little defective product due to our rigorous and high-standard manufacturing processes.  If you happen to receive a defective product, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. Photographic proof and approval will need to be obtained before we can further process your request. We cannot accept returns due to normal wear and tear on the product over a prolonged period of time or due to misuse. We do not offer warranties on our products at this time. Customers are responsible to follow care instructions for the products.
