Returns & Shipping


Henry wants you to be happy!

If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we've got you covered.

You have 3 days to request a return after receiving a product from us. Upon approval, you may exchange for another product or return your item completely for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

You notify us within 3 days of product being delivered to your address

The product isn't used or damaged (we must be able to re-sell it)

You have the receipt or order number

You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us; we must approve your return before you send it back

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Send the product with the receipt or proof of purchase and the RMA number, along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other product you want to order) or a refund, to:

Shipping & Charges:

Fulfillment time will be 1-2 business days, while shipping transit time should take 5 days maximum for domestic orders. For international orders, it will be based on the service chosen at checkout.


Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Henry Charles.

Defective items:

If you received a defective product, please notify us within 3 days of receiving for assistance.
